rootcanal
rootcanal was created using mixed media. i had the most painful root canal the week i constructed this piece. my uncle Jimmy who is also my dentist gave me all his back copies of dentistry catalogs. inspiration can come from the inside of someone's mouth.
la familia nueva
la familia nueva was created using collage. mostly worked on while listening to the news report the disastrous effects of the earthquake in Haiti on jan 12th 2010. the title la familia nueva is a dedication to the Delgado family who have graciously welcomed me and my dog penguin in to their home.
